Job Overview:

TWNSKN is hiring Warehouse Associates to join our growing team in Atlanta, GA. We are looking for coachable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented workers to help with soap production and fulfillment in our warehouse.

Pay: $13–$15 per hour + biweekly performance bonuses
Location: Atlanta, GA (Must have reliable transportation)
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 9 AM – 5 PM (32 hrs/week) with optional Friday shifts if needed

No experience required – We provide full training.

​

Responsibilities:

Production Team ($15/hr)

• Cut, measure, and prepare raw soap materials

• Melt soap base and pour into molds

• Transfer soap to drying racks and monitor quality

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation

​

Fulfillment Team ($13/hr)

• Label and package finished soaps

• Prepare orders for shipping (sorting, packing, sealing)

• Print shipping labels and organize orders for daily pickup

• Keep fulfillment area stocked and organized

​

All Warehouse Associates Will:

• Learn both Production & Fulfillment tasks for flexibility

• Work efficiently to meet daily production targets

• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

• Keep workstations clean and organized

• Communicate effectively with team leads and managers

​

Qualifications:

• No experience required – We provide full training

• Must be available Monday–Thursday (9 AM – 5 PM)

• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for long periods

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

• Reliable and punctual – Warehouse work requires consistency

• Coachable, willing to learn, and team-oriented

Compensation & Benefits:

• $13/hr (Fulfillment) | $15/hr (Production)

• $100 Biweekly Bonus for top-performing employee

• Optional Friday shifts available if needed

• Overtime Pay (1.5x hourly rate for over 40 hours)
